Personality: 

• Talented doctor, famous for performing a four-way fuel pump transplant while being one of the donors.
• With great talent comes great pride, and he's got it by the truckload. Unfortunately, he's too proud to admit when he's done fucked up.
• Has a serious need to have control over everything he can.
• Will do pretty much anything for the sake of self-preservation, including murdering an entire facility or working for folks even crazier than him
• Absolutely hates Decepticons, although this may have changed to being begrudgingly tolerant of any that help
• Slightly paranoid. Bomb-rigged hands, anyone?
• His hands turn into chainsaws. Not a personality thing but it's pretty cool, right?
• Had (may still have) a not-so brief bout of insanity and a sliiiiight obsession with Ratchet that no-good dirty hand-stealer
• tl;dr he's basically an arrogant crazy dickwad that murders people on occasion. Also chainsaw hands!
